Edward de Bono
I have a number of books by Edward de Bono in my library. Edward Charles Francis Publius de Bono (19 May 1933 – 9 June 2021) was a Maltese physician, psychologist, author, inventor and broadcaster. He originated the term lateral thinking, wrote 85 books on thinking and was a proponent of the teaching of thinking as a subject in schools. He taught his thinking methods to government agencies, corporate clients, organizations and individuals, privately or publicly in group sessions. He promoted the World Center for New Thinking (2004–2011), based in Malta, which applied Thinking Tools to solution and policy design on the geopolitical level. Six Thinking Hats

The new rational manager, Charles Higgins Kepner

The book teaches you a systematic way to approach problem solving and the potential problem analysis.
The Path of Least Resistance: Learning to Become the Creative Force in Your Own Life, Robert Fritz
A valuable resource I refer to this book at least once a year. It was given to me by a a friend after we were in the CSPI Creative Facilitator training program. Robert Jordan Fritz is an American author, management consultant, composer, and filmmaker. He is known for his development of structural dynamics, the study of how structural relationships impact behavior from individuals to organizations. His books, starting with The Path of Least Resistance, develop the theory and application of structural dynamics and the creative process.
